Got lots of help by my agent Donegan helped me find the perfect space and was knowledgeable about the space. Was super responsive and I couldn’t ask for a better agent. Thankful to have had him.

We are rental property owners for over 40 years and recently had the pleasure of working with Donegan. He seems to instinctively know a property's best use and then finds the tenant that fulfills that purpose. This is a talent that clearly sets him above the average broker. He leased 2 unusual properties for us in record time to great tenants and you can bet he will get all of our LA commercial business from now on. Thanks, Donegan!!

Donegan just did a great job helping us to get our retail space for lease in Downtown Los Angeles! Our new business was looking for a right property for a year (!), so we've met many brokers and may compare. Thanks to Donegan - it was a very short time between when we came to see property he represented for a first time and when we signed the last page of the Lease Agreement. He did his job very fast, very professional, very clear. Was always reachable, even on the weekends, helpful and prompt. We are very happy for both - property that we got and experience that we obtained from cooperating with Donegan. Highly recommended!

I rented two creative office spaces (at separate times) at the Corporation Building (724 Spring St) in Downtown LA for my marketing company. Donegan was really helpful and got me my 13th month free on my lease, along with a free kitchenette for the space. Actually ran into him at a bar not long after I leased the first space at 7 Grand, and he's become a friend since then. Cool guy. If you're looking for a commercial real estate broker in Downtown Los Angeles I would truly recommend him!

Donegan helped my company rent a work space in Downtown LA. We needed a warehouse with an office space area for our glass wholesale and distribution company. He was quick to reply to us and showed us commercial space right away. He was all over the place I think because he was juggling so many clients. His phone kept ringing on tour. Would recommend him tho, liked what he did for us.
