We had such a great experience working with Molly! We hired her to help us find a tenant for our rental property and prepare the lease, and she was able to find us a great tenant in less than a week. From start to finish, Molly was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. As newer landlords, we had plenty of questions throughout the process, and she was always available to answer them and explain everything clearly. Her knowledge of leasing and the rental process made us feel confident every step of the way. What really stood out to us was her willingness to go above and beyond. She traveled down to San Diego more than once to assist us in person, which we truly appreciated. Molly was an absolute pleasure to work with, and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and communicative property manager. We’re so grateful for all of her help!
