Armando was very attentive to details, very polite and double checked how I’d prefer things to be done around the house, what best product to use. And even before the cleaning, the contact with the teams was always easy and they would send notifications on the time the cleaner are on their way, I could txt directly to the cleaner as well. I’ll definitely hire Aya again and highly recommend them!

I’ve been using Aya for years. They’re truly elite and second to none as far as cleaners go in Los Angeles. Thiago, the owner, is a wonderful human being who is clearly committed to excellence and true professionalism. Ximena, my new cleaner, is exceptional. Her communication is clear and concise, her work is disciplined, and her demeanor is kind. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Highly recommend Aya cleaning services. Communication was very clear, including when crew was on the way and a photo of who to expect. Cleaning team arrived exactly on time and did a very thorough job. Used for a move out. I’m very happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Armando did an amazing job with the deep cleaning of my apartment. He was very professional, respectful, and personable throughout the entire process. He cleaned everything thoroughly and worked efficiently while still paying attention to detail. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a great job and making sure the customer is happy. Really appreciate his hard work and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for quality cleaning services.

Really happy with the service Ximena provided! What stood out right away was that she asked what we wanted to prioritize before getting started — such a simple thing, but it made a big difference and showed she genuinely cared about doing the job the way we needed. She communicated well throughout and went above and beyond in ways we didn't even ask for. Our apartment felt fresh and well taken care of by the end. Definitely recommend!
