I was hit by an 18-wheeler insured by this insurance. I have been having a horrible time attempting to put in a claim. I have been giving the run around and not getting any help. I will be contacting authorities shortly.

Their customer service is absolutely horrible if you do not know your agents name they are rude and not willing to help....at any other agency they will help with what you need, and they have manners not like these ALL the girls at A-One.

Worst company ever! They cancelled my policy even thoe I paid! They can’t give my agents anything or even respond to emails! I’ve been out of work for over a week now, I call and call and they just keep hanging up on me! The first time I called i spoke to a lady who couldn’t speak English too well! She was on customer service! She transferred me to someone and they just hung up, really bad service! Now I can’t even call customer service it leads me to another option!
