Communication was terrible.staff say they are looking for an automobile quote and they will reach out when they find you a good quote. They take their sweet time to call you back, if not days. They did not relate accurate information, Policy was canceled with out me knowing due to their mistake and they did not own up to it. I HAD NO INSURANCE FOR A MONTH THINKING I WAS COVERED. they always tried to get more money out of me by creating new policy. Terrible service. Don’t recommend doing business here.
