Our HOA association has worked with Cline insurance for many years. Our previous HOA board members had unfortunately made poor choices about submitting “smaller” claims that we should have handles on our own, which forced us into the Fair plan in California. Anybody who’s been shopping for building insurance in the past few years knows the pain from a deductible and price standpoint when your only choice is the Fair plan. My praise is for Ryan at Cline insurance. He really pulled “a rabbit out of the hat”! Everybody turned us down, and we got a couple quotes that were high in price, and high and deductibles - not optimal. But Ryan managed to get us a spectacular policy with an “A” rated carrier in California for an extremely challenging HOA building policy class, where just getting coverage is challenging enough. The actual policy blew my mind, not only was the price incredibly competitive, but the building value coverage and the reasonable deductibles exceeded my expectation's. So if you’re looking for anything related HOA insurance, Cline Insurance and Ryan would be the first place I would go to. This is an honest review for a policy that I was very much involved with as an HOA board member for our building.
