Terrible customer service in general: lies, excuses, empty promises, coupled with extremely slow quotes & updates. - I had to buy a short term policy to while waiting 2 months for them to do a quote. - They promised I could order COI’s online then once I had a policy they never had that.. - Their own staff mislead me into buying extra coverage- duplicating what I already had, and it took until after the yearly renewal to get the money credited back- forcing me to renew for a second year while it was slowly resolved... being told for more than 6 months they were “working on it” AVOID.
