We worked with Azy Susman while buying a home in Los Angeles and needed to coordinate homeowners, auto, and earthquake insurance on a fairly tight closing timeline. As a mortgage broker working here in West LA, I have seen Susman consistently deliver excellence since the 90s, so when my wife and I stumbled into a great home and we needed a FAST quote and binder I called April. When I told her that the home was 100 years old, I expected her to start talking about the insurance crisis and to prepare me for several declines and to deliver a policy with a super-high premium, but she simply went to work and gave us a reasonably-priced policy that allowed us to close quickly and on time. All in all, the most impressive thing about April is that she kept following up with a backlogged company and ultimately provided a policy that had better coverage and a substantially lower premium which she was able to reduce even further when we added an umbrella and our 4 cars...not an easy task since this included a recent accident from a new driver.
