Frontline is providing IT support for our nonprofit organization. The owner is involved in the company and answers any questions and concerns. As with any service, sometimes you hit snags, but these guys work to resolve those issues. Early days still. . .

Very happy with the service. Brian was knowledgable and completed the task with no issues. Would highly recommend.

We switched to Frontline when our previous tech support company merged with a large corporation and raised their rates. Like Frontline we are a small business. We are happy with our decision and results. The owner is very hands on and truly cares for his clients. The technical team is knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The response time is excellent. Overall we are very satisfied with the service they provide and they keep our company up and running 24/7!

Frontline has been our IT support for a number of years and I would definitely recommend them. Good tracking of work orders and prompt communication.

My tech was fantastic. We had great small talk while my computer was being worked on. My computer is my life, it has my links and passwords and was set up just like I wanted it. And then for it to just die, it was devastating and reduced my productivity. But the team got me going and pretty much stopped me from panicking. I appreciate you all wearing your Super Man Cape daily and coming to the rescue!!!! We all need a Clark Kent from time to time.
