I highly recommend Ariel for anyone looking to establish an LLC or navigate business formation. He is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and efficient throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how easy he made everything feel; he took the time to explain each step clearly and ensured that all of my questions were answered.
Compared to using an online filing service, working directly with Ariel provided personalized guidance and peace of mind that simply can’t be matched. His experience, professionalism, and extensive network of trusted professionals make him an invaluable resource for any entrepreneur. He not only helps get your business set up correctly, but also connects you with the right people and resources to support your success moving forward.
If you’re considering forming an LLC, I would strongly recommend working with Ariel before exploring services like LegalZoom or other automated platforms. The level of service, expertise, and value he provides is exceptional.

Here’s a polished version of your Google review:
Everyone at Mirage Law Office was so nice and professional. Ariel spoke with me twice without hesitation, and I never felt rushed during our conversations. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns thoroughly.
As a mom-and-pop landlord dealing with a difficult tenant situation, it was reassuring to speak with someone who truly understood what I was going through. Ariel gave me several options to consider for removing a tenant/squatter from my property and explained everything clearly.
Based on my experience, I highly recommend Mirage Law Office to anyone looking for a landlord-focused lawyer.
★★☆☆☆
I worked with Ariel and his associates to remove a deadbeat tenant from a rental property. At the time, I'd already had a bad experience with a different firm that cost me both money and time so when I looked the second time I called several firms, got estimates, worked to understand their timelines, etc.
When I spoke with Ariel, I was impressed with his knowledge of the process and timelines but what really made me decide to go with him was the passion and conviction with which he spoke about making sure that my tenant would pay, literally and figuratively. I had a strong case and he seemed to hear and respond to my deep feeling of injustice and the need to right a wrong. He convinced me that he would stay on top of everything and ensure that my delinquent tenant would.
To go into all the details would make this review incredibly long but the short version is once I paid the retainer and was secured as a client, I barely heard from him. I mostly dealt with the assistant/paralegals who seemed to be doing most of the work, including responding to my emails which Ariel routinely ignored. I never met Ariel and when we finally went in front of a judge, he sent a colleague in his place (which he never mentioned was happening even the day before).
Regardless of the facts of my case, I was convinced by Ariel's proxy attorney, to settle rather than go to court. Because both the courts and sheriff's department are backed up, I was told that going to court could push my tenant moving out for another six months. This possibility felt like an actual nightmare to me so, even though I didn't want to, I settled.
No one mentioned to me ahead of time how backed up the court system was or gave me any information about what to expect going into court. In hindsight, I wish I'd had more time to decide and a more thoughtful discussion with my attorney. I don't feel satisfied with the decision I was pressed to make with very little time or information. I've followed up with other questions since my judgement and, a week later, still haven't heard back from Ariel. After spending thousands of dollars, I received a judgment that I'm not especially satisfied with. If I had it to do over again, I personally would've gone with another firm. They were efficient and if you're just looking for an attorney to serve the unlawful detainer, they handled that piece fine but the communication left much to be desired and my the actual court day was a huge disappointment.
UPDATE: Following the law firm's response. To be clear, my tenant was not moved out quickly. I started working with them in October, she moved out in February. Ariel's responses were often delayed and required me reaching out more than once to get a response. He was supposed to notify the sheriff that the tenant had vacated and he never did so I also had to deal with talking to the sheriff and confirming the tenant had vacated. He's been more responsive to my emails since I left a negative review. Someone who over promises and under delivers is a disappointment and not a firm I could recommend to anyone.

I needed assistance with an eviction case I had, and Mr. Ariel was extremely helpful. He carefully guided me through my situation and explained every step clearly. He gave me a very straightforward assessment of my case and clarified exactly what fees I would need to pay for the services related to my issue. I truly appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and the time he took to walk me through everything.

I worked with Mirage Law to set up my S Corp as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, and it was a very positive experience. Ariel was knowledgeable about the specific legal and tax considerations for therapists in private practice, which made a complicated process feel more manageable.
Ariel was very responsive, even with smaller questions—like helping me confirm whether a piece of mail I received was legitimate or just junk. That level of accessibility and care made a difference and helped me feel confident I wasn’t missing anything important.
If you’re a mental health professional or small business owner looking to form an entity and want someone who understands both the legal details and the real-world context, I’d definitely recommend working with him.
