I am writing on behalf of my daughter, who hired Rikisha to represent her. One thing I noticed is that whenever someone leaves a negative review, the response is almost always, "I don't know you" or "You've never done business with us." That was not our experience. It is frustrating to see legitimate concerns dismissed instead of addressed. When multiple people share similar complaints, it raises serious concerns. I can't speak for anyone else's experience, but based on ours, I would encourage others to do their research before hiring this law firm. My daughter had a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this firm. Don't let the smiling faces fool you. In our opinion, the service did not match the promises, and it ended up costing my daughter a great deal of money without the representation she expected. Rikisha ma'am you should be ashamed and disbarred.

I recommend this office for evictions. I was dealing with a difficult eviction case and Lucas and his team took care of everything. Unfortunately the process took a few months (due to contested case from a crazy professional tenant) but I have my property back, thank God.

Terribly unprofessional office. We waited 50 minutes in the lobby to sign a singular document in a disorganized office that smelled of cat litter. We paid for legal counsel and review of personal documents, yet we were left to draft and also finalize the document ourselves. Upon requesting for minor changes to be made (such as very simple page headers and redacting confidential bank account numbers-- which were disappointingly overlooked by attorney Rishika Thomas for the final draft), the office manager declined saying that he did not have access to a software that could change the drafted document. I asked if they had Microsoft Word in the office, and he said they do not. This is clearly not a reputable place of business and I would not recommend anyone to this firm. I did not leave feeling secure or reassured at all.

I can’t say enough good things about Attorney Rikisha D. Thomas. She represented me in a guardianship defense case and truly changed my life. From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly compassionate. She took the time to explain every step of the process, made sure I understood my rights, and always kept me informed. We went in with help to evict an unruly tenant, and they did evict him! Unfortunately laws are not for the landlord and the tenant left with a year of not paying rent! But Lucas and the lawyer set it up so nicely that they had no choice but to leave! Lucas was the main person I was in contact with and they take care of business! They charge less then other fancy lawyers that end up not helping you our case was back in 2024! These ppl are honest
