Extremely disappointing experience. My case was handled very unprofessionally. I was involved in an accident dated back September 2025. For two months, I had to call weekly just to get basic updates and never once spoke directly to the attorney—only to a paralegal or case manager. Case manager was at limited words of explaining. Communication was poor, and no clear progress was ever explained. I ultimately learned through my former insurance company—not the law firm—that they had dropped my case and no longer represented me. I received no notification or explanation from the firm itself. This was very unprofessional and felt extremely misleading after trusting them with my situation. I was referred by someone who personally knew a staff member, so I expected better. Instead, the experience felt disorganized, uncommunicative, and like a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this law firm based on how my case was mishandled.
