Cruz and his crew were AMAZING! Super fast, thorough, and careful with all of our stuff. Made our move from the Central Coast down to LA easier than I ever could’ve imagined. We’ll definitely be working with 5 Star Moving any time we move again in the future!

5 Star Moving has been our go-to moving company, and we couldn't be happier with their service. We've used their team for multiple moves while gradually moving into our new home, and they have made every move completely stress-free. We've hired other moving companies in the past, and in between working with 5 star moving but none of them came close to the level of care, efficiency, professionalism, and initiative that their team provides. They work incredibly fast while treating every item with care, and they're always organized, reliable, and proactive throughout the entire process. Cruz and his crew are honest, trustworthy, and truly take pride in their work. After working with 5 Star Moving Company, we won't use anyone else. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers they can trust.

We needed a family heirloom handmade wood hutch moved. Care in handling was the primary goal when selecting a moving company. Five Star Moving and Storage succeeded above and beyond. After handlers Cruz and Greg made their introductions, they both went immediately to the piece and started discussing their strategy for disassembly, wrapping and moving. The furniture piece weighed around 300 pounds so it wasn't a light piece to work with. Cruz and Greg were professional and very nice the entire time, explaining their steps and was very patient with a nervous customer. The entire process from talking to the representative, Kay, the dispatcher, and the actual move was smooth and trouble free. I have no hesitation recommending Five Star Moving and Storage to handle your moving needs. David

Five Star Moving And Storage is hands down the most professional, kind, and gentle movers I've come across. No wonder I always saw one of their moving trucks in my neighborhood. Kay was absolutely wonderful and answered all of my questions. The movers were outstanding. They did a walk through and carefully loaded up the truck. Even the little things that I planned on picking up later, they happily packed those up as well. This has been the most relaxing, and organized move I've ever had. Thank you!

I had an outstanding experience with Five Star moving company from start to finish. Both movers, Alejandro, were incredibly professional, efficient, and genuinely kind. They handled everything with care, worked quickly without cutting corners, and made what could have been a stressful day feel easy and organized. They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. On top of that, the pricing was amazing—more than fair for the level of service they provided. If you’re looking for a seamless, stress-free move at a great price, I highly recommend this company—especially if you get Alejandro and Alejandro. Truly Five-Star service!
