I recently used Master Movers for a full move from a 4+ bedroom house, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Took great care of our things and took the time to carefully wrap and move everything. To set up the services it was smooth and Art was very helpful in getting everything set up. No hidden cost the price is what it is up front. Overall great experience. Will definitely use this company again in the future.

Beware of this company. I trusted Master Movers Los Angeles with my belongings, and they stole them. I’ve been calling since July and keep getting excuses — “we’ll call you back,” “we found your items” — but nothing ever happens. These weren’t just boxes, they were priceless memories. When I asked for help today, the supervisor said, “There’s nothing I can do for you,” and hung up. Heartless and unprofessional.

Worst moving experience in my life. The movers who showed up at my door for pick up and drop off did not look like the movers on the website. Definitely language barriers. My price for a 1 person 1 bedroom less than 850 square foot apartment went from 1700 to 4000 dollars. Customer service was unprofessional and rude. At one point after they threatened to take my items back to Arizona the manger/owner hung up on me. I have called the company several times for a final receipt that was supposed to be emailed to me. I have not received a call back. My boxes were torn open. I could go on. I do not recommend this company if you want a fair price, honest, kind, or professional customer service.

I am a returning customer of Master Movers. Art and his crew moved me 6 years ago and they did an excellent job moving us from our 3rd floor apartment. They were careful and took time to properly wrap the furniture to prevent damage. The price for the move was definitely fair and competitive. I was so pleased with their service that I called on them again April 2024 and once again they did a stellar job moving to my new place and it was raining from the time they began until they brought in the last box. Art and the crew made the experience positive and the cost once again was on point. I will recommend to all my friends and family because they are the best. Thank again Master Movers!!
