We recently worked with Alan’s Desk for a full office furniture upgrade, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. The quality of the furniture is top-notch—modern, durable, and thoughtfully designed to enhance both comfort and productivity. What really stood out was the speed and professionalism of the installation team. Everything was delivered and set up quickly, with minimal disruption to our workspace. A special shoutout to Jim Meltzer and Vladimir Alvarez, who provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and hands-on oversight of the project ensured everything went smoothly from start to finish. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. If you're looking for reliable, high-quality office furniture and a team that genuinely cares about your experience, Alan’s Desk is the way to go.

Oh my goodness, I cannot overstate how pleased I am with my new desk chair. I’ve had a Keilhauer Junior task chair for 20 years (and it still works great, btw!) that I bought when I broke my back. Recently my husband broke his back and commandeered it because it gave him such support and comfort. So I decided to get myself another one. I went into to see Alex and Jimm and the folks at Alan Desk Business Interiors and WOW!!!! Seriously, they were incredibly helpful. Jimm showed me literally hundreds of options. It was frankly a bit overwhelming but wildly exciting at the same time. So many options! He was very knowledgeable and super helpful. In the end we went with the blue black Kura velvet (one from Keilhauer’s line of fabrics). Today, Jimm personally drove my new chair all the way up to Santa Clarita to deliver to me. Talk about service! 10 out of 10 would recommend ALAN DESK to folks looking for office furniture. And my Keilhauer? Well, it just doesn’t get any better. I’m beyond thrilled with the end results and plan to have this cozy comfy baby for a loooooong time! Thank you, Jimm and Alex and Vladimir and all the folks over at Alan Desk.

We couldn’t be happier with the stunning new addition to our office! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and effortless. Vladimir was incredibly helpful. He guided us through selecting the perfect materials and design, and gave us complete confidence in the quality of the product before the desk even arrived. Now that it's here, we’re absolutely in love. It’s not only beautiful but also exceptionally functional. We've received lots of compliments, and it truly elevates the whole space. We’re excited to continue working with Alan Desk as we expand our office, blending style, quality, and practicality seamlessly.

Working with Jim at Alan Desk was truly a stress-free experience. Received beautiful suggestions for our new lounge area, lobby, and mezzanine. It was great working together to select the best fabrics, colors, and materials for each piece. Jim's organization and communication were a big help. Those are two things rarely seen together these days. Look forward to working with Jim at Alan Desk Business Interiors on future projects. The fabrics and materials use for the pieces selected look amazing and have received positive compliments from our staff at Highridge Costa.

Jim Meltzer is a rock star. We threw a fairly large wrench into the plans halfway through the project and he and his team were able to pivot and handle the changes with aplomb. Jim personally oversaw delivery and installation to our Phase I (which was extensive) and his delivery team and installers were also excellent. The photos are unfinished due to seating that is coming later but the finished project will be beautiful.
