Long overdue review, these guys are awesome! Multiple times have they gone above and beyond, working with us to ensure what needs to get done is handled timely and professionally. I'd like to especially thank Gary, he is a stand-up guy and really made the process seemless, truly going out of his way as we cleared out tons of hardware out of a data center. If you need anything from certified drive shredding onsite to e-cycling miscellaneous hardware, look no further.

From the initial contact through completion, the customer service was excellent. The team was responsive, professional, and made the e-waste destruction process simple and efficient. Everything was handled with care and clear communication. A great experience overall.

We used E-Waste Security for on-site disposal of various hard drives/ discs. Gary and team were very professional, quick to respond, and flexible. There was a day-of scheduling issue but Gary was able to quickly reschedule with no further issues. Overall, they were efficient and easy to work with. Would highly recommend!

Jim has been great to work with and Gary is always quick to respond to inquiries and scheduling around our needs. Their hard drive shredding and computer recycling services have been amazing, especially being able to witness the hard drive shredding onsite to verify destruction. E-Waste is also quick to provide certificates of destruction based on specifications needed.

I have utilized E-Waste's hard drive and equipment destruction services several times and the service is excellent. They provide on-site hard drive shredding, which I can watch and verify in-person, which cuts down on chain of custody requirements. Gary and Jim are friendly, professional, and helpful. After our first project with them I have used them exclusively for all of our data destruction needs. I gladly recommend their services to anyone in need of hardware destruction or recycling.
