This was a exceptional service. They helped move the boxes of papers into the facility from the car (much better than having to lug it into a store myself!). After weighing everything in the customer area, you can watch your papers being put through the machine. We went on a Sunday afternoon and there was no wait and the process was fast.

Very friendly and professional staff. Easy walk-in process. The viewing screen in the waiting area is a very effective way to watch your papers go through the shredding process. This place is maximum efficiency, highly recommend!

2nd Visit! Nearly 100lbs shredded in front of our eyes! The staff are super helpful and accommodating with carrying my boxes inside, makes the process of safely disposing of sensitive materials super easy!

I was fearful that it was going to cost a fortune. I was wrong. And it couldn't have been easier. They arrived on time, dumped a garbage bag and 4 boxes full of papers into their truck and showed me on camera that it was shredding. Took 5 minutes. And cost $120. I highly recommend them.

Dropping off my boxes of papers to be shredded could not have been easier. They took the boxes from the car and they went straight to the shredder after being weighed. I got to watch the shredding on a closed-circuit TV which was fun. It is also much less expensive than the UPS store -- 39 cents vs. a dollar.
