The tech Rey showed up on time. He took care of all the security needs we discussed in a timely manner. He answered all our questions. He was courteous and efficient.

Steve has cutting edge technical knowledge with an attitude of excellence. His service was also outstanding. Thanks!

Excellent service -- technician right on time, figured out issue in no time. Steve was terrific. Best we've ever encountered. Friendly, thorough and clean -- a real gentleman.

Buyer beware. We paid in advance for a two year contract with brand new installed equipment and 1.5 year into the contract the equipment failed. To be more specific the keypad was no longer communicating with the system. Acs wanted to charge $70 plus $65 per half hour and all parts needed to fix it. They obviously use sub par equipment that fails. Definitely do not recommend

Repair tech, Steve Louis, is THE BEST! He arrived exactly on time, calling beforehand to advise his arrival time & went directly to the source of the system problem & immediately explained it & corrected it. I am on a “repair plan” so have not been charged. I could not recommend him & this service more highly! Thank you JM
