CSI took over a system on a new house that I built in Pacific Palisades. That original system was installed very poorly by another company and constantly malfunctioned. Al and his team at CSI took it over. They went through the house and slowly corrected all of the problems. Unfortunately that house was lost in the fires. I moved into another house that didn't have an alarm. CSI installed a new system there. They don't try to upsell you with things that you don't need. Their pricing is reasonable, their staff is prompt, very pleasant and trustworthy. I highly recommend this company.
