We needed emergency fire watch services at our commercial building in Glendale after our alarm system stopped working. FalconX responded quickly and provided trained guards until the issue was resolved. Excellent support.

Their standing guard service at our store entrance in Hawthorne, Los Angeles has been outstanding. The officer is always attentive, greets visitors politely, and maintains a strong security presence.

We hired FalconX Security for hotel security in Los Angeles, and the experience was really smooth from start to finish. The team understood the requirements of a hotel environment—handling guest safety, managing access points, and maintaining a professional presence without being intrusive. The guards were punctual, well-trained, and always alert. They blended in well with the hotel staff while still being highly effective at their job. Communication was clear throughout, and any concerns were handled quickly. Overall, it felt like we were working with a team that genuinely cares about safety and professionalism. Definitely a reliable option for security services in Los Angeles.

We hired FalconX Security for a shoot in a high-risk area and were assigned Freddy, who was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, detail-oriented, and incredibly vigilant. Freddy made the whole team feel at ease with his calm and confident presence. He blended in well with the crew and handled everything with care and attention. We’d happily work with him and FalconX again.

We couldn’t have asked for more from FalconX and Freddy. We needed security due to unforeseen circumstances. The first few calls to other security companies were overly complicated and generally were unhelpful. My wife found Freddy and FalconX and I couldn’t believe how understanding and accommodating they were from the first call. They understood what we needed and we worked out of detailed plan for over three days. My family slept well at night knowing there was a FalconX car and a highly trained security guard in our driveway. And even though we called at last minute the price is very fair. They’re the best. And we would definitely use it again.
