The WORST experience ever had by “airport staff”. Extremely RUDE and power hungry, this was LAX on 5/26/26 at appx 0415. Was talked to like if my family and I were a herd of cows and like were supposed to know everything by heart. Older gentleman with mask yelled at us regarding a cart that we didn’t know we couldn’t have on the elevator, simple human interaction that could have been handled professionally and very simply turned into a pessimistic way out from our otherwise great time in California. Really hope this review gets to the correct channels because it was three staff members this morning treating other travelers with questions ( other people we saw were also talked down to ) like if they were inept and dumb and they were superior. LAX should not be standing for third party security companies treating their travelers this way. If they do then it must be reflected on them.

We were harassed repeatedly by Anthony at LAX in the late evening for traveling with a 6-month old infant. The infant was quiet and not bothering anyone, and there was intense, unprovoked aggression from Anthony — to which there were several witnesses who offered us assistance with how bad they felt from what he was doing. He was unequivocally rude and kept yelling at us — it seemed like an abusive power trip. It’s shocking that this company would allow a person like this to remain employed with them — especially as, based on reviews, it seems that this person is a repeat offender. Based on all of this, I would not recommend using this company — they will unfortunately make your business look unprofessional.

Unclear what the purpose of these guys are. They look like official employees, but basically imposed themselves on us by asking which bags are ours, loading them up on a cart, then walking us out to the curb only to demand tip. After giving him $20 he saw I had another 10 and said there were 2 of them helping us. Welcome to every international visitor's first impression of America.

Very unprofessional experience at United Airlines International Baggage Claim (Terminal 6 or 7). One Prosegur employee wearing a blue polo shirt with the company name (Prosegur) was extremely rude while I was simply waiting to pick up my bags. He was the only one wearing a blue shirt among the group, so management should have no problem identifying him. He’s bald and about 6 feet? He was cussing, had a bad attitude. And I know for a fact it wasn’t just me who witnessed this behavior. Plenty have. I’m a frequent traveler and have never witnessed such behavior in these past 10+ years.

I was in LAX on 6/2/25, terminal 4 at baggage carousel 7 around 3PM. There was a young man working wirelessly to reposition the incoming luggage from the conveyor belts so they would be easier for those waiting to remove them from the conveyor belt. I believe his name was Devian. The conveyor belt paused for a few minutes so I took the opportunity to than him for his hard work. He asked what my bag looked like and the next thing I know he lifted it off the carousel for me. That was a welcome act of kindness for this senior lady who was traveling with a suitcase that was too heavy for her. Thank you, Devian! You made my day!
