I worked with Shannon Beritzhoff on designing a security camera and access system for our two buildings in Lake Forest. We priced out two different equipment options, she went over and above to make sure we have all the information necessary to make the best decision. Her communication was clear and when the project stalled on our end, she was diligent to stay in contact with me. We did not end up using Safe and Sound Security, but not for reasons within her control. She would be a great asset to have on your bidder list.

Safe and Sound Security has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Their team is professional, responsive, and truly goes the extra mile to meet our needs. When we needed to migrate over 30 doors from our old security system, they handled the entire process seamlessly, minimizing any disruptions to our operations. Their flexibility and willingness to work around our schedule was greatly appreciated. We now have a more robust and reliable access system in place, and we have Safe and Sound Security to thank for that. Highly recommended!

Customer service, Shannon Carey is absolutely ANAZING! So helpful & very quick to reply. The whole team is outstanding! I highly recommend Safe and Sound!

The Safe And Sound network installation team did an excellent job running cable and mounting AP units. The building is over 115yrs old without a decent cable plant. That was no challenge for Safe And Sound. Our company will definitely be using their services again!

We have a small business that needed professional security recommendations and a plan moving forward. I am very pleased I called Safe and Sound Security because Valerie went above and beyond expectations to give us a custom solution for our situation. I am definitely coming back! Thank you Valerie and team.
