I have a securitas panel at a property I recently purchased, and I’ve been trying to reach this company for over a week. No one answers the phone, no one calls back, and customer service has been completely unresponsive. When I finally got through to someone in sales, she told me she couldn’t help me but would “let the account rep know.” The only reason I even received an email from the account representative was because she passed along my message, otherwise, I still wouldn’t have heard from anyone. That kind of customer service is unacceptable, especially from a security company. Communication and reliability are critical when it comes to protecting a property, and they’ve shown neither. I would never hire or recommend this company, if they can’t even answer the phone or respond to urgent calls, how can they be trusted with your safety or security?

RASHAD GLOVER BOASTFULLY COMMENTED ON HOW SPITEFUL HE IS WHEN A GUARD DOESN'T RESPOND TO HIS STANDARDS! He made a comment on how “DISRESPECTFUL “ he is to fellow employees that call him at 1am no matter the situation!!!!!! I would steer clear of any type of business operating in this fashion.

this branch in particular is terrible I’ve been trying to transfer here from another branch for the past 2 months calling nearly everyday and they keep tossing me around other staff members promising to call me back about another site and then never doing so. Now I am in a new city without a job because nobody knows what they’re doing.

This company is very unprofessional. There guards do whatever they want and have female company while on post. They scare customers off other people's property and when asked for a supervisor good luck and ask for names good luck and even when a supervisor is they have one the phone tell them to act unprofessional. I don't know how Major companies like Disney have this company

We visited city walk and the security was not letting anyone in without a face mask that I didn't have a problem with until the security told me we couldn't come in because I had a faceshield and my daughter a bandana but nowhere in their signs does it say they are prohibited 🚫 it only says facemask required!BS they need to get it together.
