I called their sales team regarding a potential B2B opportunity, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The representatives who answered the call were unprofessional and unable to properly assist me or connect me with a manager or higher-level representative. Communication was poor, and the overall customer service did not meet professional business standards.

We needed our house to have 24 hour security while it was being tented for termites. SBG was communicative, helpful, and worked with me every step of the way. Can't recommend them enough.

Our experience with Security Base Group has been great. Their unarmed guards provide excellent service at our corporate offices in Los Angeles. They are courteous with staff and visitors while maintaining strong awareness of their surroundings. I’d recommend them to anyone who wants a trustworthy, visible, and professional security presence for any type of facility.

The guards are always alert and approachable, making us feel safe in our homes. Their attention to detail and dedication to safety are commendable. I hired Security Base Group to patrol my house for a Halloween party, and honestly, they were fantastic. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, on time, and clearly knew what they were doing. What I really appreciated was how thorough they were. They didn’t just hang around—they actively patrolled and kept an eye on everything. It made me and my guests feel safe without being overbearing or intrusive. They struck the perfect balance of being present but not overwhelming, which is exactly what I needed. The team was also incredibly polite and approachable. If anyone had a question or concern, they handled it quickly and professionally. A few of my guests even commented on how well-organized and friendly the security team was, which says a lot. Security Base Group went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I didn’t have to worry about a thing, which let me actually enjoy the party. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone needing reliable and professional security. They were just excellent—couldn’t have asked for better!
