Spear has provided us with security services for more than a decade. Their office staff is top-notch, responsive and have met all of our needs. Their uniformed guards are professional, courteous and well groomed, giving our customers a strong sense of security. We also appreciate the stability Spear displays. Some of their guards have stood the same post for us for more than 10 years.

Spear Security is beyond professional and amazing in every way. Leadership is entirely supportive and responsive to their clients' needs and we have only had positive experiences with Spear. We have been long-time clients and will continue to be. The actual guards are very attentive and have become a part of the family. Alex, the VP and point of contact, is extremely kind, courteous, and professional. It has been nothing short of a positive experience working with Spear.

We have been using Spear Security as our daily guard coverage for longer than I've been here at The Church on the Way in Van Nuys (7 years). They have always been very easy to work with and their guards are respectful and very profession. Any time we have had a security issue at our church, that required a guard to get involved, the guards stationed at the church have handled it very well. The Spear office has always been very easy to get a hold of when we have needed extra coverage or have had an issue arise. They always go out of the way to provide us with the coverage that we need, and they are always quick to respond. My main contact in the Spear office has been Alex Sami, and he has been a great help to our organization. He comes by and checks in on the guards on a regular basis and provides instruction when needed. Spear has been and will continue to be a great security company to partner with.

The security team at Spear's Security is top notch. We use them at our retail store on Hollywood Blvd and since we started using Spears our incidents have decreased and my employees feel much more comfortable in their working environment. I have used many security companies over the past 20+ years and this team ranks at the top of the list.

Spear Security Management & it's Officers are awesome, I have had them serving our congregation for over 5 years. Spear has been available in short notice and odd hours, trustworthy and very professional...I would recommend Spear Security wholehearted to everyone.
