I absolutely love these doctors here, I moved to California a few weeks ago and I can’t thank the doctors and the nurses for helping me and explaining my medication to me. Thank you! ❤️🩹

I had a great experience with the staff at the West LA VA Medical Center. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, professional, and respectful. As a veteran, it means a lot to feel listened to and taken care of, and the team here made the process much easier.
I really appreciate the staff for their patience, communication, and the care they provide to veterans. Thank you for the work you do and for supporting those who served.

The only good thing about this place is the valet parking. If I could give this place a zero I would. The front desk and security are just the worst. They give you nothing but attitude, very condescending, they patronize you, and the moment you ask to speak to a supervisor they start to gaslight you. I had such a horrible experience with a gentleman at the help desk, I was lost and asked for help to find where to go to find the MRI place. He doesn't even look up at me and tells me I'm in the wrong building. When I asked him how do I get to the right building. He tells me to exit the building and go left then 2 rights. I was confused because this building has multiple exits. When I asked which exit to take, he tells me "you don't know how to follow instructions?" Still doesn't look at me. I tell him that was very rude and he hits me with the race card. I was done at that point with this horrible place.

My primary care doctor is the greatest. I know and feel she cares for the vets. She reminds me of the kind of doctors we had back in the day. The ones who would come to you. Dr. Reddy. Gold Team. Shes a blessing to me and other vets.

Being both a military brat as well as a combat veteran, my late father and I have been coming to the West LA VA Hospital for over 20+ years. The hospital is fully equipped and has abundance of advanced medical equipment. Which means that most medical related procedures can be handled under one roof. Surgery, Labs, MRIs, x-rays, EKGs just to name a few, there is even several pharmacies which operates around the clock. As veterans we are extremely blessed to have these services and many more available to us at Little to no cost. My one gripe would have to be directed at the hospital support staff or whatever the countless number of employees who don't seem to be doing anything yet or somehow always extremely annoyed when ever they are forced to actually engage with a veteran
Of course, nothing is perfect especially not the veterans administration, but I think that we can all agree that we are blessed to have a VA to complain about.
Medical Care has always been very good. The doctor's nurses
