Amazing place! They treat your projects like their own and go the extra mile to complete orders on time. Great customer service and fast turnaround time.

We used CR&A Custom about 4 years ago during a rebrand and had a great experience, so when it came time to update our new facility last year, I reached back out — this time connecting with Autumn, the Director of Brand Partnerships. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but after our first meeting, I knew we were in great hands. Autumn took the time to visit both our old and new spaces, and instantly understood my vision. She asked the right questions, offered helpful suggestions, and truly made the process seamless. Communication was easy — she was always responsive and accessible, which is a rarity in LA. On install day, her team arrived early (yes, early — in LA!), and everything was handled professionally from start to finish. The decals look incredible and completely transformed our space. I highly recommend CR&A for any of your signage, decal, or branding needs — and if you get the chance to work with Autumn, do it. She knows her stuff and is an absolute pro.

Professionally handled a large order in an extremely time-effective manner. Shout out to Autumn for her huge help with the project we collaborated on! Excellent service, product, and delivery.

Industrias T.Taio discovered CR&A Custom for a project with a quick turnaround and they exceeded our expectations. Since then, we have continued to utilize them for all of our printing needs, like retractable banners, display boards, product packaging and more. Justin and the rest of his team are such a pleasure to work with and continue to provide a high quality service every time.

The team did a great job putting up our outdoor ad. It was a smooth process from start to finish, and in fashion time which is always appreciated, thank you CR&A!!!
