Ariana has been very attentive helping my girlfriend and I put our home together. She has opened up our minds to ideas and colors that we would never thought of. We are grateful for her because our home is coming together beautifully. We like that she listens to us and takes the time to know what we are looking for. We are very happy with Ariana and we look forward to finish the rest of our home!!

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience working with Ariana. If you are working with her, make sure to get official receipts and confirm orders with suppliers and vendors directly. From the beginning, communication was poor. I was usually the one following up for updates, next steps, and answers to questions just to keep the project moving forward. The biggest issue involved kitchen tiles that we paid Ariana for. Based on our conversations, we believed the tiles had been ordered when we sent payment to Ariana. After months of asking for updates on their status, we eventually contacted the supplier directly and learned that no order had actually been placed. We also found discrepancies between the invoice Ariana shared with me and the supplier’s records, which raised serious concerns. The situation became even more frustrating when Ariana eventually ordered the tiles about six months after we paid her for them. By that point, we had already told Ariana that our future in the home was uncertain and that we wanted to return the tiles (under the impression that she was in procession of them already). Thankfully, the supplier was incredibly accommodating and agreed to make an exception to its normal return policy, which allowed us to receive a partial refund. During the refund process, Ariana would share updates as she had them, so some credit to her at the end there. Had the supplier not stepped in to help, the outcome could have been very different.

My living room has been transformed thanks to Ariana. She helped me break down what it was that would help the room come to look and feel the way I wanted it to. She asked great questions to get a sense of what I envisioned and suggested great things that I would not have thought of on my own. These suggestions allowed us to work together to find all the right furnishings and details that would bring everything together in a lovely way. I am so pleased with the results. Ariana also was very sensitive to my budget. We worked well together to find things that would make my vision come to life. As I did some of my own shopping, she helped me narrow things down and was so helpful in helping me choose items that made sense and would look beautiful. Everyone who comes over compliments how the room looks. Ariana only came to my house once, which I had not expected, but it ended up being just right. Through pictures and video and good communication, we made it all work.

,Ariana worked with me over several weeks and helped me design our living room. She was a great help in selecting and suggesting a room rug, wall artwork, pillows, and sofa. She even searched for different options for me to select for. She was professional, easily reachable, and considerate of my time.

We had such a great experience working with Ariana on the interior design of our home. She was incredibly patient and accommodating throughout the entire process, always finding creative alternatives that worked for both my husband’s and my (very different!) tastes. Ariana really took the time to understand our vision and somehow arrived at a design that captured both of us perfectly. The result feels warm, cohesive, and so “us.” We absolutely love how everything turned out and couldn’t recommend her more highly!
