We worked with Gerami Architectural on a tenant improvement for our coffee shop and it was a great experience overall! Jeremy was very hands-on and helped us work through a lot of things we hadn't even considered at the beginning. Our budget was pretty tight, and we were concerned about going over, but he was great at problem solving and keeping things realistic. There were a few points where things got complicated with the layout and permits, but he helped us navigate through it. Communication was solid, and he was responsive when we needed changes or clarification. We appreciated that he was thinking beyond just design and considering how things would be built and what they would actually cost. In the end, we ended up with a space that works well for us. I'd definitely recommend them!

Gerami Architectural stepped into our whole-house renovation halfway through—at a point where things could have gone sideways—and completely turned the project around. They assessed the situation quickly, brought clarity and direction, and helped resolve issues that had stalled progress. Their work was outstanding: responsive, detail-oriented, and consistently high quality. Communication was clear, timelines were respected, and they were proactive about solving problems before they became bigger ones. If you need an architect who can deliver excellent design and effectively manage the realities of a complex renovation, I highly recommend Gerami Architectural Corp.

Gerami Architectural Corporation supported us on a water heating system retrofit project for a large apartment complex. They developed a comprehensive plan set covering plumbing, electrical, and structure requirements, allowing us to successfully obtain a building permit.

Great experience with Gerami Architectural Corporation. Professional team, easy to work with, and they delivered exactly what we needed for our master bedroom addition. Would definitely use them again.

We had great experience working with Mr. Gerami. He was highly professional, listened carefully to our needs, and always responded promptly. When permitting got tricky, he found smart, practical solutions and guided us through the process efficiently. His problem-solving and reliability were a crucial part of our project. A one-of-a-kind person and a pleasure to work with—highly recommend!
