They charge you the customer a $50 restocking fee to return their items! And charge you the full amount of your last bill even if you cancel early. What a joke. Spectrum never did this shit

This is a review of the internet system not this venue specifically. You cannot get to talk to anything other than an AI bot who cannot help you if you have closed your account. The system says I have not returned equipment, I'm trying to find out what they think I haven't returned, but the AI bot is pathetic and keeps putting you through an endless loop of the same question without answers. Pathetic service

Frontier sent a faulty MoCA adapter and then did not follow through with the promise to send a replacement the next day. However no replacement order was generated. 24 hrs later the agent on telephone wanted to send replacement via UPS (2 more days w/o Internet service) and I had to insist that the part be delivered by a technician. Frontier: Teach your people to follow through on their promises. Your customer service is horrible.

Wow, what a scam. They got me to switch from Spectrum and swore that I had 30-60 days to try it at no cost. Not only did it not work as well as Spectrum, they ended up charging me $147 for early disconnection and restocking costs. And now I've got a hole in my wall and all of this equipment that I need to bring to UPS. Do NOT go with Frontier!

Worse customer service. I am on day 4 of having no Internet. They have known it is a line and ONT box issue since Thursday. Yet, they scheduled me for a Monday service without any regards to my ability to work from home. Spectrum was never this slow in responding to an issue with the line and Frontier is not any cheaper.
