I went in at 12:15 on a Sunday and was out within 30 minutes with the router. Carlos helped me out and was very friendly, and walked me through the installation process. Bring your ID.

This store and spectrum in general is the absolute worst company ever. Do not bother signing up for internet services because they will bully you and not allow you to cancel services ANYWHERE!!!!!! We cancelled our services on the phone, or at least we thought we did. We went into the store and they told me my services were NOT cancelled and that I needed to call back. This company is doing illegal things not allowing you to cancel services, it’s scary and horrible. Switch to ATT fiber today and you won’t experience this horrible service. Don’t sign up for spectrum at all!!! This store couldn’t help us whatsoever and told us we couldn’t cancel our services in store - yet we had already cancelled them on the phone?? Just don’t even try. Stay away from spectrum!!!!

Every single time I go into this store I have a bad experience, the staff clearly hate being there and customers. They are rude and so unhelpful they don’t even want to help you find a phone, I left and went to the Marina location to get my new phone.

I’ve been to this store quite a few times, and it’s honestly one of my favorite locations. The vibe is always super chill and welcoming. Every time I visit, I get helped right away. The store is big and spacious, with comfy couches in case there is a bit of a wait. They also offer free Wi-Fi, which is a great touch. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s always a smooth and pleasant experience.
