I'll follow up with the Board of Directors, my local news stations, and see if this S-9 needs a battery. If not, I'll switch. I have no intention of staying with Verizon for 3 years and being a phone. I've been a customer for 24 years, and they screw up insurance and won't replace my phone. TMobil, Cricket, or Consumer Celluar will be my new carrier. I work for Children's Services in Los Angeles County. We have Verizon. If my work Cell goes out or they have to reassign my number, I'm required to have a phone. Not only do I work, but I am 70 and have disabilities.

This provider is the most unprofessional I have ever seen in my life! They always say it is your fault and do nothing! But when it concerns money, they will add billions of trillions additional fees for nothing!!! Even the managers are so unprofessional both in the office and at customer service! If you have a choice choose any other provider except this, if you don't, like me unfortunately, get your psychologist's appointment beforehand cause after Verizon helps you to fix the problem, they made themselves on your account, you will need it! Horrible company! The worst in the world! I would rate it 0! You are nothing guys! Nothing you can fix, nothing you can solve, nothing that you know, nothing that you are authorised to! You are nothing!!!!

Wasn't able to help on 3 separate occasions with technical support on the phone which failed to help (2x) and a failed ignorant employee who did not know that the Google Pixel 4's bottom left speaker is actually a microphone and that sound is not supposed to come out of it because it's an input mechanism, while the bottom right and top speakers are sound output speakers. The man had me go through the process of getting a whole new phone replacement, when in fact, nothing was wrong with my phone. I thought the left speaker was broken because it wasn't playing sound, but it's not supposed to... I had the hassle of transferring everything to my new phone that still has horrific battery life that barely lasts 6.5 hours on a full charge.
