The worst company I ever faced with. Do NOT ever get any contracts with this ugly one. One Star is TOOOO much for them.

Horrible Service! Technicians show up unprepared, contracts auto-renew for 3 years (probably because their service is so bad, they have to find a way to lock you in). BOYCOTT XO COMMUNICATIONS ..... THEY ARE CROOKS! bad service, bad response, bogus billing & will hold your phone number hostage.

This is the worst. They are nice on the phone, but they do absolutely noting to correct any trouble. All Telco Cervices have been down several times for more than ten hours in the last two months. Karen is right Run - Run Away from these guys.
