Adrian and cass are so helpful . I love this place. They always help us. They help us with packing. The package is always arrive when we send them from here and this place is very trustworthy very clean. There’s parking in the back and they have supplies as well if you need to purchase office supplies, it’s a very nice place. Very helpful and the people are very kind and go over and beyond to help and I really recommend this place. I purposely choose UPS to ship so I can come here and I’ve always had a good experience and have been coming here for over three years. The owner is on site and just a great guy as well

Easy location. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I called needing notarized signatures, it was pass the time they usually do it but he accommodated us with a smile. Grateful they are in the neighborhood.

PSA: extremely rude employee at this location totally botched a Happy Returns return because he dropped an item on the floor and completed the return prior to scanning in all of the items. Careless, rude, and made a transaction that was created for convenience totally inconvenient. Save yourself a headache and use another location. There is another UPS drop off located less than one mile north on Sepulveda at Manhattan Postal Center.

Leaving a 5-star review for a UPS Store? Absolutely. This team is outstanding. Courteous, friendly, and genuinely helpful. No shortcuts, no attitude, just great service. We recently moved to a new city, and I can honestly say Mike, Idris, and their team set the gold standard for how customer service should be done. UPS in California could learn a lot from them.
