Spoke to Belinda in North Carolina and she sent me here. Tbh I haven’t even been in to the actual Spectrum store yet as I just got off the phone from her but she was *amazing* - smart, knew how to get things done in the system, compassionate (my account was lost in an administrative hole) and funny too. Someone needs to double this lady’s pay - you don’t get service like that very often. I’ll update when I’ve been in to the Spectrum store. Thanks Belinda! 🙌🏼

These people may be the laziest people on the planet. Not one customer in their store on a thursday morning. Just returning their cable modem. Instead of taking the modem, scanning it and then processing it, as is their job. They redirect me to the UPS store next door, which of course, has a line because the people working there aren't lazy and they're doing their jobs. I'm so incredibly happy that Frontier built out fiber in my area.

My rating is zero. We moved from Spectrum where their employee's work on commission. The service sucks! Go to T Mobile where you actually get served and treated with respect. However, my review right now is based off a driver who has been idling in the alley for over 30 minutes where people reside and like us have our windows open proving how rude and lazy their employees work. See picture for proof and the drivers plate number is 94388Z2, 4/24/26 from :45 pm until now that's 4:34 pm.

Very disappointing experience at the Spectrum store on Mindanao Way. I came in only to return equipment, was told to wait about 15 minutes, and watched multiple other customers doing the exact same thing get redirected to the UPS store next door instead — and immediately helped. No explanation, no consistency, and a noticeably rude attitude from the staff when I asked why. If returning equipment can be handled at UPS (which it clearly can), that should be communicated upfront instead of wasting customers’ time. Bottom line: poor service, poor communication, and zero customer care. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this location altogether

Great location and excellent customer service! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Be aware that there may be a wait time because they are busy and that's not a reason to leave a bad review. Walk-ins are always welcome but it's better to make a reservation if you can. You're going to get knowledgeable and friendly service and solutions!
