Selling our business was a major decision, and we are incredibly grateful to have had Eli Azuaje guiding us through the process. From our first meeting to the final closing, Eli was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us achieve our goals. His expertise, patience, and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Eli kept us informed every step of the way, provided excellent advice, and worked diligently to find the right buyer and negotiate a successful sale. We always felt that he had our best interests at heart. We cannot thank Eli enough for his hard work, dedication, and integrity. If you are considering buying or selling a business, we highly recommend Eli Azuaje. He exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Christina was an absolute pleasure to work with as our business broker. She was always responsive, professional, and incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. She made sure both the buyer and the seller were treated fairly and worked hard to keep everything balanced for everyone involved. Christina handled all of the paperwork quickly and efficiently, which made the process smooth and stress free. Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. I would absolutely recommend doing business with Christina and look forward to continuing our professional relationship in the future.

Christina is very very good at selling businesses. She is also charming and persuasive. I hope this review gives others a complete picture. Do take heed of the old adage "Becareful what you wish for." After meeting with her and two other brokers, we contracted with California Businesses Brokers. Then it felt like a lot of pressure to provide everything she wanted and fast. We had been discussing selling to another larger company in our industry so i did have my books and reports some what in order; however, the demand was much greater now and the time frame she wanted super short. I worked in the office 12 hour days and weekends just to meet her deadlines. Luckily i had a two week preplanned vacation in October so there was rest for me in 7 months. Looking back, i should have just slowed the process down even if that meant the business would take longer to sell. She priced it and listed it. Within a month we had several interested buyers and three serious offers. Christina had originally told us it would take six months to a year to get the business sold. Now we were looking at 3-5 months. Is this rate indicative of under pricing? When i asked that question, she replied that she was good at what she does. It was just about what the other brokers we met with initially estimated & this is the first business I have sold so I am not experienced enough to definitively come to a conclusion on that. Listed in July and we accepted an offer in August. Once offer was accepted we heard from her quite a bit less. She said she was working with the buyer. We agreed she could represent us both (I'm on the fence if that was a good decision or not). Another point to be aware of: YOU choose your buyer. The buyer she urged was not the one we felt would be a good fit for our people or our business. When we were in escrow the buyer she suggested proved to be a nuisance and she did coment to me she was glad we chose who we did. You know your business, your baby, so choose the best steward for it. She has been named Deal Maker by the IBBA for a few straight years now. An honor obtained by selling at least 10 businesses in one calendar year. Bottom line, if you want your business sold, Christina will get it sold.

Christina was fantastic to work with! This was my first time selling a business.  I was selling a family business that I wanted to make sure went well, so I had a lot of questions and concerns. Over time, she answered my questions and guided me through the process. Selling is a team effort, so together we gathered the documents and details needed for a proper listing. The listing was anonymous yet had enough details to create interest. This was a huge relief. I didn't want to announce that I was considering selling publicly. To be clear, she's fantastic, but not a magician; she'll need your help. If your details are organized, things will go well; if not, the process will be more challenging. You have to pull your weight. We had a rollercoaster of issues with buyers who couldn't make it to the finish line. This was no fault of Christina's, yet she guided me through the process with professionalism and care.  She picked up the phone and answered emails. She had other clients, but always took care of my conversations and concerns. Based on my experience and that of others I have spoken with, business sales are rarely straightforward or simple. It will be a journey of ups and downs and challenges. Business sales are VERY different from Real Estate. You need someone with experience, and Christina has the experience and tenacity to be your captain and navigate the seas to get you across the finish line. If you're looking to sell, look no further - give her a call.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Christina to sell my family's franchise hair salon, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, she demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise in the industry. Christina provided valuable insights into the market, helped me set a competitive price, and implemented an effective marketing strategy that attracted qualified buyers quickly. Communication was always prompt and transparent, and she kept me informed every step of the way. The negotiation process was smooth, and Christina secured a deal that exceeded my expectations. Her attention to detail, experience, and commitment to this process made the entire process stress-free. Christina is very experienced and can help us navigate difficult situations with various stakeholders in the process. I have no doubt that she will get things done! I highly recommend Christina to anyone looking to buy or sell a business. Thank you for making this a successful and positive experience!
