I placed an order for a conference room table that we needed for our new office. I told Ken McDonald that we needed it delivered before the meeting in 3 weeks. He assured me that would not be a problem. I placed the order on 12/29/25. It is now 1/20/26 and I still do not have a table. I have been calling and emailing back and forth and still no tracking information just excuse after excuse but no resolution. Sooooooo frustrated. I was really hoping that I found a new supplier but I doubt my boss will ever order from them again.

Buyer Beware! If I could give a zero I would! I purchased a small round conference table on December 1 with an expectation the the table would be delivered in less than two weeks. I reached out to Ken McDonald (It appears as though he is the only person in the company) on multiple occassions via phone and he only responded back to one of my phone calls, with an excuse that he had not hear back from his shipping company and that the Table "could show up any day". I also contacted him via email with a slow reponse of muliple days and he stated that his fulfillment team "hasn’t gotten back to me yet, I’ve been badgering them. It may even arrive today. Unfortunately they do this sort of thing to us regularly. I’m still hounding for a tracking # and hope to have one soon." He and his company do not follow-up and are very slow to respond. He also told me that if he did not hear from them on January 8, 2026 he would issue a refund. As of January 18, 2026 I have not received a refund or heard from him. It appears as though this company is a one man shop with poor service and they don't deliver, so buyer beware.
