Joe did not deliver my plan and he intentionally ignored my call. Months after paid in full, he still did not deliver and i cannot even contact him.

The worst! He took over four months to complete our drawings, then the city did not accept them and he had to redo them, so that took another two months. Therefore, I only paid him half of his fee as he held up my project for 6 months. So he sued me in small claims court. He actually had two people in court that day, so he is better at suing people then at completing drawings. Do not use this clown.

Joe is awesome, easiest guy to work with. He does whatever he has to do to make sure the job is done right and professional. Also job was done right on time. i would recommend joe to anyone. thanks joe!

Terrible service. He takes forever. He does not listen and does not pay attention to detail. When you finally get fed up waiting or decide to go elsewhere, he will sue you. He sued me and had 3 other cases on the same day in Small Claims court. BEWARE!

Horrible. Joe takes forever to do your plans. He took over 6 months to do a simple set of plans that he said would be done in two or three weeks. Then when the city needed more info, he took 5 more weeks to get them the updates. Do yourself a favor and use someone who has a better turn around time.
