I had the pleasure of interacting with YDS Architects on a small ADU project. From the first moment, I felt they were extremely well organized and punctual, quickly providing phone support and an initial consultation, as well as scheduling follow-ups and in-person service. One of their principals, Yifu, promptly came out to our property and impressed us with his off-the-top knowledge of both state regulations and local code, along with his insightful design thoughts. He immediately gave me confidence that he would be able to design straight into an approvable state. Based on the ideas and suggestions he presented, I am confident they would do an excellent job when it comes to the quality of the design and professionalism in all interactions. While they were reasonably priced, I ended up going with a smaller and cheaper firm since my needs were very much cookie-cutter. That said, I would not hesitate to work with them if I had to design my primary residence, or in any other scenario where a certain level of sophistication and aesthetic becomes more important.

Modern design, quick and efficient. Great job, strongly recommend to friends and family
