I’ve been using D&S for a couple of my locations for years, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Terrible service! This security company is completely unreliable. Every time we had an issue, they never responded or took forever to take action. But when it comes to billing, they’re always on time! What’s the point of having security if they don’t show up when needed? Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

I contacted Robert Abbruzzi at D&S Security in March of 2024 about video surveillance monitoring. He requested additional information, all of which was provided. I've reached out multiple times via phone and email. He responds sporadically requesting additional time and that he would get back to me. He mentioned that they were a smaller business, so I gave him as much time and opportunity as possible. Almost 6 months later, he as stopped responding to my emails and does not answer my phone calls and I do not have a proposal. I understand if they do not wish to provide service, but do not continually string a potential customer along as if they are interested and will follow through on what they said they will do. I would appreciate the honesty and have more respect for the business for providing the minimal common courtesy and some level of customer service. If this is an indication of the service they would provide, I would say that I dodged a bullet and would encourage any one else to do the same and patronize another business.

I've used d&s service for years. they keep my business safe and their staff is highly knowledgeable and tech savvy for a old guy like me. id recommend this company any day of the week. A+ service

They have no idea what their doing, except billing you for doing nothing. We have two types of alarm panels (we discovered on our own) the so called technician kept saying there was something wrong that we'd have to replace the keypads and the panels, thousands of $$. Hours spent doing nothing, when someone that had any knowledge of alarm systems would have just looked at the different keypads and knew what the issue was.. Do not use them.
