Outstanding service from start to finish! Enrique and Brandon handled the job of nearly 400 boxes quickly, securely, and with total professionalism. They were extremely efficient, organized, and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend South Bay Shredding for any of your shredding needs!

After a very frustrating experience coordinating through third‑party scheduling, South Bay Shredding completely turned things around. George and Enrique were outstanding. George was quick to answer my phone calls and took the time to reassure me despite my doubts, which I truly appreciated after everything that had happened beforehand. He was professional, communicative, and made sure I felt confident the service would be completed as scheduled. Enrique was fast, extremely helpful, and very kind. Both of them walked me through the entire process, reassured me about timing, and truly closed the loop from start to finish. Excellent customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend South Bay Shredding their team delivered exactly what they promised.
