I had EZ Tax prepare and file my taxes for seven years. Earlier this year, during a self-audit, I discovered they failed to claim depreciation on my rental property for all seven years. This overstated my income, resulted in higher taxes paid, and caused me to miss tax benefits. I raised the issue with Jeff immediately and asked for confirmation and guidance on how to correct it. Over the course of three weeks, I repeatedly followed up but received no acknowledgment of the error and no clear effort to address it. Ultimately, I had to hire another tax professional to correct the multi-year error. The process was time-consuming and costly. It took a formal demand letter to receive a response, but no meaningful resolution came from it.

I had Jeffrey do my taxes for 2020. He had done e-file but IRS just got a hold of me. The taxes were not filed for 2020 so I went ahead and reached out Jeffrey to help me out with it, He heard my issue and chose not to help me out bad services
