So I tried to join and had a sale to bring over, but after paying them $249 and another $90 for the license transfer, I never heard from anyone, including Mr. EricAxelson, the onboarding person, and the VA broker, Dave. I kept trying to get help because I needed to get on board to add my sale. I reached out to onboarding, Kaan, and got no help until I complained. Then, without asking what happened or how he could help, he just denied my application and kept the money. Be careful, especially for new agents. From my experience, you will be treated like you know what, so imagine what it will be like if you do get onboarded and ask questions. I have been a Realtor now for 23 years, and I have to say this is the worst online brokerage. Don't listen to the YouTube influencers, as they get paid and get more pay if you work on their team. Nothing but a pyramid scam, if you ask me. So do your research, not on YouTube, as there are too many good firms out there.
