I had a tenant who left my rental property severely damaged. I hired an insurance adjuster at first to help with the insurance claim, however, that adjuster made matters worse… ultimately leading the case to a fraud investigation. I let the adjuster go and hired Ghassan to represent me throughout the insurance claim. He was extremely professional, timely and empathetic throughout the entire process. I was referred to Mr Hasan and during our consultation he came up with some really out of box thinking. From where I started (considering bankruptcy) to Mr Hasan reining my insurance in to accept my claim plus all legal fees, it exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend him.
