They are extremely attentive right up until they receive payment. After I paid $4,500, they scheduled an initial one-hour meeting. Since then, none of my follow-up inquiries have received a meaningful response. I have called over five times, and each time the receptionist promises to schedule a 15-minute explanatory call, yet no meeting ever happens. What should my next steps be? Once they get your money, communication stops completely—it is as if they vanished. I do not recommend them at all.

It’s disheartening to see that I received such a different experience from all of the other reviewers, here on Google. I experienced an extreme lack of responsiveness and all around horrible customer service. For starters it took 8 business days from the time I retained them until the attorney actually reached out to me and this was after several follow up attempts. I later found out that this was because the attorney assigned to me was at a conference; this would have been a great thing for the customer relationship manager to mention when she assigned my case to that attorney, but she failed to do so (Customer service 101). During our work together, it took my attorney an average of 5 business days to respond to an email. Once everything was said and done it took 15 business days for me to get the unused portion of my retainer back; again after several follow ups. This firm was highly recommended and had great reviews; however, my experience was not reflective of that; so, just be aware, especially if time of the essence!
