We just completed the installation of a new sound system in our church that presented many acoustical challenges. Manuel and his team consistently demonstrated their expertise, excellent customer service and professionalism. Audio Pro has been responsive, patient and focused on ensuring positive end results. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for expertise and good customer service in this area. We are very pleased with our system and look forward to an ongoing working relationship with Manuel and his team at AD Audio Pro.

Manuel was great to work with from start to finish. He understood our budget limitations and worked with some existing equipment we had to create a great sound system. He was professional, conscientious and courteous at every turn. He even has offered (and we have taken him up on it) to come back when we have new audio needs to teach us how to use the system in different scenarios. Highly recommend.

I've had Manuel and his team out for several types of events and technical specialties: running audio at a conference with panels and other types of events with speaking engagements and music. I also had his team do lighting for a wedding I produced. Every single person working for this company is professional and so pleasant to work with - communicative, prompt, capable. I will definitely work with this team again at every opportunity I have. What's more, I had a client who kept sending payment incorrectly and there was a delay in settling an invoice. I was frustrated for him, but Manuel never showed anything but patience and proactive troubleshooting. A fabulous person to have on the team, definitely a preferred vendor in my book.

Excellence across the board! Quality, investigation, specification, installation, training and ongoing support have been nothing short of excellent. Manuel Bitarian from AD Audio Pro is exactly who we needed to completely transform the 30-year-old sound system in our beautiful sanctuary from marginal and analog to excellent and digital. He came to our church, on numerous occasions, to listen to our needs, study the acoustics and measure our building. Then he provided three possible audio solutions at three price points. He patiently and fully answered multiple questions over a month-long decision making process at the church. We purchased the following hardware: 2 - d&b Yi7P Loudspeakers 2. - d&b Bi6 Subwoofers 1- 10D Amplifier US 1- AH-SQ-6 Digital Mixer 3 - AH-DX168 96KHz stage boxes 1 - DX Hub 2 - Violet drums overhead microphones 1 - Shure Beta 52A Kick Drum microphone Manuel and his installation assistant carefully removed the existing hardware, installed the new loudspeakers and thoughtfully rewired the entire sanctuary for digital. Manuel then returned for a 4-hour sound check, mixing and adjustment session with our entire worship band. He patiently explained what he had done and has spent hours, on two subsequent occasions, to come back to the church and provide instruction. He also is very receptive to phone calls when questions arise. The sound in our Sanctuary has never sounded this good! In a mixed-aged congregation you have many members who are sensitive to overly loud music while others want the place to rock! With the quality of sound we're now achieving, both groups are pleased. This was our hope that has been achieved. Not only does it sound better to our members but with this new digital system and the free "SQ4You" mobile app, the majority of our worship band now has the ability to custom adjust their own in-ear monitor mixes. This makes both our sound techs and musicians very happy. Bottom line, if you a need to upgrade your facility's audio system and you want an exceptionally competent, friendly, honest and reliable company to handle this from specification through training, then I highly recommend AD Audio Pro and Manuel Bitarian.

Manuel was really knowledgeable. He did an amazing job in such a small period of time. The sound quality now in the church is amazing.
