This was my first policy with Pacific Southwest and it won’t be my last. Alexander and his team are extremely professional, attentive, and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. They worked hard to get me an exceptional insurance rate. I highly recommend this company.

Alex is very unreliable and when I call his office tells me he will call me back. Out of 10 times they’ve told me this he has never called me back. I have to keep calling till one day he picks up. Doesn’t respond to emails. I’m rushing to get my corporate workers comp before they recharge me for $800 renewal and this guys not doing his job. Unreliable and garbage place. Dont do business with someone who doesn’t get back to you or care about his customers. Once my workers comp expires I’m never using this company again
