My attorney was Nicolet Lyon and she was awesome. Besides getting me great results, she returned emails and phone calls in a timely manner and made the whole experience a very positive one. Also, ERISA appeals can be tricky and it is important to get an attorney involved BEFORE your clock runs out. I thank God for the Long Term Care Insurance specialist who referred me to Kantor and Kantor Law firm after determining that my case deserved and required a lawsuit. I could not have asked for a better experience than I had with Glenn, Tim, and the whole team who worked on my case.
