Hired Fusion Networking and Technology to install a multi-camera security system in our warehouse. After two separate service visits, one camera remains completely non-functional. Rather than working with us toward a resolution, the owner became combative and refused any form of refund or compensation. To make matters worse, when we declined to pay in full for incomplete work, the company began posting defamatory content on our own business's review platforms. This is not how a professional business operates. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your security installation needs.

Fusion Networking and Tech did a fantastic job on our Cat 6 cabling project. The installation was clean, well-organized, and clearly done with attention to detail. Everything was labeled and set up in a way that makes ongoing use and maintenance easy. Their pricing was fair and straightforward. On top of that, they were great to work with as they were very responsive, professional, and flexible with scheduling. Overall, we had a very smooth experience from start to finish. We'd highly recommend Fusion for anyone needing reliable, high-quality network cabling.

I work in a medical laboratory, and we're in the process of adding several new automated, high-volume laboratory instruments, which connect over TCP/IP and transmit a substantial amount of data to our LIS system. The network design we inherited was not optimal, so we were looking at improving the topology while adding capacity. I was looking at several vendors to run some fiber from our chemistry room and one existing IDF back to our server room / MDF. I looked at several vendors and wasn't impressed. I had a vendor I'd previously worked with, but they weren't as responsive as I'd liked. This project is moving fairly quickly, and we needed someone to do the work sooner than later. During the process, I found Fusion Networking and Technology. I reached out to them for a quote, and received a call back the same day. I spoke to Gaspar, who was friendly, professional, and pleasant to speak to and work with. He came out to do a job walk the following week (I had some WFH days and various meetings, so the delay was on me, not on them). We discussed ideas, and then he sent us a quote (which was a good price and very fair), and contacted me to schedule the job. We happened to be in the office working on a Sunday, and he wondered if he could come out the same Sunday and start the job, which was a real treat. Gaspar and Junior drove out, showed up on time, and got to work. During this work, they were very careful respectful of our facility and laboratory instruments, and cleaned up after themselves. They completed the job at about the time they were scheduled to finish, and tested everything to make sure the fiber was performing well. The installation was tidy, attractive, professional, well-labeled, and they even left us a few extra fiber jumpers, which we didn't even know we wanted or needed. I tested all the runs myself and everything was connected at 10 Gbps, as expected. Unfortunately, now, we have to tidy up / mine out the old 66 blocks, mushrooms, cross-connect cables that happen to be OUR mess (which we inherited) and look horrible compared to the awesome work they did! But that's on us! If you need some fiber or cabling work, Fusion Networking is the way to go. Timely, professional, friendly, and affordable. I highly recommend them!

Fusion Networking was a gem of a find for our church facility in Malibu. We were installing an extensive and robust WiFi system over our entire campus and met with several potential suppliers to do the project. From first contact through gathering proposals, Cris and Gaspar stood above of the rest in terms of truly investigating our facility and understanding our goals. They were not pushing a cookbook solution but truly looked at how to optimally configure the system to support our requirements. After receiving their proposal, we were sold on going with Fusion. (As part of their scope of work, they also agreed to clean up the rats nest of a server room that had evolved over the years.) First steps were getting all the cabling run throughout the buildings and on the exterior walls. Gaspar was out with a crew that was competent, clean and went the extra distance to get the access point drops where they optimally needed to be. After that, Cris and his crew installed access points, cleaned up the server room, configured the network and showed us all we needed to know to operate the system. First test was the following Sunday where we had 100s of clients logged in and simultaneously streamed HD camera feeds back to our broadcast equipment. Everything was perfect! Later we needed to extend the wifi to an adjacent property. Cris installed and fine-tuned a wireless bridge providing high speed access 5x the speed of the prior equipment. We are now looking at engaging them for some upgrades to our servers as well as using them for any future IT support. Bottom line is Fusion Networking has performed beyond expectations at every step of the process. As a bonus, they are some of the nicest and easiest to talk to IT guys around.
