Joni is the best! She’s so well-versed at her job and really made all the intimidating parts of dealing with court feel actionable and straightforward. I finished all those requirements and a few years later worked with Joni again to get my misdemeanor expunged from my record.

I had consultations with several attorneys before I was fortunate enough to find Joni. From the start, she stood out for being both smart and practical. As an attorney myself, I chose not to disclose my background during these consults, and many others leaned toward overly complicated strategies with significant price tags attached. Speaking with Joni was a huge relief. She was straightforward, efficient, and focused on a clear, sensible approach to handling my son’s multiple traffic citations. Her strategy was not only effective, but also grounded in real-world practicality—something I truly appreciated. She was also highly communicative throughout the entire process. I always spoke with her directly and was never shuffled between staff or left wondering where things stood, which made a big difference. She is very fairly priced, which made the experience even more positive. Most importantly, she achieved the best possible outcome for my son, and for that I’m incredibly grateful. I highly recommend Joni to anyone looking for an attorney who is not only highly competent, but also responsive, straightforward, and easy to work with.

I wish I knew even better words as Joni is truly incredible. She always has total control of the court room. Her memory of details is soooo impressive. Joni listens to each episode of the situation and is masterful in presenting everything to the judge. She is the BEST! And her office staff is so helpful and interested in each case. I thank you Joni and your girls for my freedom. Nancy Bricker
